BCT Memorializes a Man's Best Friend
Lauren, a customer service representative at our Boca Raton (BCT) location, noticed a based customer who recently lost his beloved dog, Joey, crying in the lobby one day.
She approached him to see why he was so upset. He explained he was absolutely heart broken over losing his loyal dog, Joey.
Lauren wanted to do something for their customer, so after consulting with her manager about different ideas, she presented him with a memorial stone for his garden that memorialized Joey. When he opened his gift, he was overcome with emotion and was very grateful for the kind gesture.
