Customers must have a minimum of 15 non-tenant, at-home trips in the prior quarter to Atlantic Aviation FBOs.
Customers must own / manage / be responsible for at least one fixed-wing aircraft currently a tenant with Atlantic.
Customers must have Coupa payment account setup. This will be completed during the enrollment process.
Any customer who meets the eligibility requirements can sign up for Atlantic Ascend. However, only one account per Atlantic customer/organization is permitted. It is recommended that an individual with fleet and/or financial oversight for the customer registers and manages the account.
A tail can only be assigned to one Ascend account, so the primary operator of each aircraft should claim the tail for their account. Any subsequent requests to add a tail to an account of another customer will result in that tail being removed from the prior customer’s account.
Any aircraft added to an account during a quarter will not be included in market share calculations until the next full quarter. Any aircraft removed from an account during a quarter will be removed for the entire quarter (even if trips were made while the aircraft was still owned). Our goal is to keep this process simple as we are unable to track aircraft ownership changes down to the date the transaction was completed.
Yes. However, a few exceptions are currently in place: customers who already have an existing network contract with Atlantic Aviation, commercial (Part 121) operators, and military or government operators.
All fixed-wing aircraft are eligible for Ascend (both for market share and Service Fee Savings). Any type of non-fixed-wing aircraft are ineligible for Ascend.
Any tails which are unable to be publicly tracked will not contribute towards eligibility or market share measurement. If you provide authorization to our data provider to unblock your tail for our tracking purposes, we will review adding your aircraft to the program.
The good news is that eligible Services fees incurred by blocked tails are still eligible for savings as long as market share requirements are met.
Once approved, customers are active in the Ascend program and eligible for their fuel savings benefits Service Fee Savings are available to customers who meet the 50% market share threshold for savings. Should eligibility requirements cease to be met or other material factors change, Atlantic may make adjustments to membership at any time.

If customers achieve 50% or greater market share for more than one consecutive quarter, their savings will be multiplied – 2x for two consecutive quarters and 3x for three or more consecutive quarters.
All competitive (i.e. more than one FBO option at the airport) airports served by Atlantic Aviation.

Market share and fee tracking commences on the first day of the next calendar quarter after registering and being approved for the program.
Depending on customer market share, a certain savings percentage is set for the entire quarter (e.g., 3%). That percentage is multiplied for all eligible customer fees for the entire quarter (e.g., $50,000 x 3% = $1,500).
